Visit bozemansymphony.org and go to Concerts & Tickets. Call the BSO box office at (406) 585-9774. Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. At each of our concerts, the box office opens at the venue 60 minutes before the performance. The box office is located on the right just inside the Main Street entrance of the Willson Auditorium.
To pick up pre-purchased tickets at “Will-Call,” go to the table on the left just inside the Main Street entrance of the Willson Auditorium.

Our Classical Series and Bozeman Symphony Presents Series concerts are held at the Willson Auditorium, 404 W. Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59715.
Our Symphonic Choir Series concerts are held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Hope Lutheran Church.

Although all BSO ticket sales are final, season subscribers may exchange tickets (no later than 3 days prior to performance), subject to availability.

To minimize interruptions / distractions for our musicians and audiences, you will be asked to wait outside the hall until there is a suitable break in the program - at the discretion of our FOH staff in consultation with the Music Director. As most of our concerts start right on time, please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking around the Willson.

Most concerts are roughly 2 hours long, including a 20-minute intermission halfway through the performance.

There is no dress code for BSO concerts - the important thing is that you feel comfortable and that your attire doesn’t prevent you from enjoying the music. Since our concerts attract a diverse audience, you will find people wearing everything from casual clothing to cocktail dresses.

Parking at the Willson Auditorium can be tricky. Please allow plenty of time to find space before performances. On-street parking (on Main Street and the side streets around the Willson) is the most popular option. Handicapped spots are available on Main Street in front of the Willson and in the rear parking lot off of Babcock. There is also limited senior parking in the rear parking lot off of Babcock as well as on the west side of the Willson off of 5th Street.

Out of respect for BSO’s agreement with our performers, the use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the concert hall. Please silence all electronic devices, including cellular phones and watches.

In the last few decades, it has become traditional concert etiquette to clap only after an entire piece is complete. However, we don’t mind when you clap. Whenever you feel moved enough to clap - please go right ahead!

Our classical concerts typically have one intermission, which lasts 20 minutes. Please make sure you are in your seat before the 20 minutes is up - we want to make sure you get to enjoy the rest of the show. People who are not in their seats by the end of intermission, by the time the music starts - may be asked to wait until an appropriate pause in the program.

Water is available for purchase before the concert and during intermission in the lobby. Additionally, locally made Bequet caramels and Elle’s Belles baked goods are available for purchase.

Food and beverages are not allowed in the Willson Auditorium, with the exception of water in a bottle which can be resealed. Refreshments are to be enjoyed in the lobby and hallways.

Willson Auditorium is equipped with a variety of seating options for persons with disabilities, as well as companion seating. It is best to reserve these tickets in advance by calling (406) 585-9774. Barrier-free, accessible parking is available on the south side of Willson Auditorium off of Babcock.
